I love Thailand

Last week I went on a work trip to Chiang Mai, Thailand. It was a great week and we managed to be treated to the Flight of the Gibbon experience which is made up of a series of flying foxes which was a bit of fun (if you are okay with heights!). We spent alot of time at the Chiang Mai night markets and despite only trying to 'pass through' we always came out with buying something!

Then a few of us girls spent the weekend in Bangkok before our flights to various parts of the world. It was really sad to see that Central World was still closed (and burnt) but I'm sure it's going to come back bigger and better :) There was still a bit of evidence around Bangkok of the riots and fires that were lit. I think that it was a sad and unfortunate thing for Bangkok. It didn't do anything to deserve the terror or fear that ran through the city back in May. Anyway, looking forward to head back to Thailand in January.

I will always love Thailand.
